Who supports us

Panacea Stars

Keratify has been selected to join the Panacea Stars Accelerator. Panacea Stars ollaborates with the most exciting sci-entrepreneurs to help transform bold visions into thriving companies that improve people’s lives.

Innovate UK Smart Grant

Keratify is a proud recipient of an Innovate UK Smart Grant, a highly competitive grant designed to support market creators and market disruptors. Through Innovate UK, we will use our technology to create unique laboratory skin tests to address the unmet needs of cosmetics, medical device and pharmaceutical dermatology testing.

QMUL Life Sciences Initiative

Keratify is a spinout company from QMUL. Before we established, we won the Life Sciences Initiative, a competitive internal QMUL fund specifically designed to support academic work with commercial potential. We used this fund as follow-on funding from MedTech to provide critical system validation and analysis. We are strong supporters of innovation at QMUL, read about us in the QMB newsletter and the recent Enterprise award where Keratify was invited to meet Chris Skidmore MP, Minister of State for Universities, Science, Research and Innovation.

MedTech SuperConnector

This is how we got started. We were selected to join the first cohort of this unique fund, funded by Research England, designed as a social experiment to determine the best way to accelerate interesting academic ideas into commercial entities. MedTech created critical support in three key areas: generous funds, essential business training and exceptional connections. The success of MedTech speaks for itself, we have secured over £700,000 in funding in under 12 months. Fundamentally MedTech put the right resources in the right place to create the best platform for success.
